Hello children, today challenge is a nice relaxing colouring challenge. It is called 'Mandala Wishes'. Please draw a picture of yourself in the middle and then you can write or draw your wishes on the petals. Then, very carefully colour in the patterns on the petals. Colouring intricate patterns can help you to feel calm. This may be a good activity to try before you go to bed.
