Hope you all had fun collecting things to put in your time capsule. You can add new things at any time. Try to remember to write down why they are special, and put that in there too.👍
Today I would like you to write a letter to your future self......! What might you want to tell your future self about the present you? You could maybe tell them who your best friend is, or tell them your favourite pop star or football team?
You can even set some questions for yourself to answer in the future!
I have also included a relax colouring book for you to make if you like. Try and think of some calming words to go with each letter please.🙂
