This half-term we will be learning about our island home – the United Kingdom and the four countries that make up the UK. We will be identifying flags and talking about capital cities, as well as famous landmarks in each country.

In English, we will be reading Jack and the Beanstalk. We will be writing a diary of Jack's visits to see the giant and writing instructions on how to plant a bean. We will also be planting our own beans to watch them grow!
