This half-term, we will be learning about World War I. Children will be studying a range of war poems. We will also write some creative pieces based on the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Year 5 will learn about the War in more detail during history lessons and will also complete some art based on Andy Warhol. 

We will also be visiting the Imperial War Museum in Manchester to see artefacts and learn more about WW1. There is more information on our MTP attached below.
