Autumn 1

Our topic for Autumn 1 is: We Are All Unique

The first term of school is an important term at school. We want to ensure the children settle into the school environment and build up their confidence to become independent learners.

We will be learning all about our differences and what makes us special, understanding how to make relationships and how to deal with our emotions.

Autumn 2

Our topic for Autumn 2 is: It's Growing Cold

This half-term we will be reading stories about the weather growing colder and looking at Autumn and Winter.

We will be collecting leaves that fall off the trees and talk about what we can see. We will also look at animals which hibernate for the winter.
