This half-term, we will be reading stories about the weather growing colder. We will investigate freezing and melting. We learn about Bonfire night, Remembrance day and the different holidays that are celebrated at this time. 

In maths, we will focus on learning numbers 8-10. We will then look at numbers to 10 in more detail, ordering them, comparing them and learning number bonds to 10.

Our phonics journey will continue with us learning the digraphs qu, sh, ch, th, nk ,ng. By the end of the term we aim to have children reading and writing CVC words.
