Life can sometimes be tricky and it can make you feel sad, lonely, worried, nervous and all sorts of other emotions. This can happen to anyone at anytime! We want to help you with any worries you have, so please come and talk to us! It is OK to be worried about things and often the more you talk about a worry the smaller it will get!
Using a worry box is a good way to help manage stressful feelings. By using a worry box, you can focus and think about the things that are making you worry, and then contain your worries in the box for someone else to hold on to for safe keeping.
You may remember that at school you were able to write or draw your worries and post them in the worry box in the school hall. Due to most of us not being in school currently we have set up a virtual worry box for you to still use to share your worries.
To post a worry into the virtual worry box please just click here and complete the online form. This form is emailed to Miss Tyson who will hold your worry for you. If you want Miss Tyson can contact you about your worry but if you would rather just pass your worry on so you no longer have to think about it that’s fine too!
Miss Tyson will only share worries with anyone else if she is worried you or someone else could be in danger so then you and your family can get the help and support needed.
