This half term our topic is 'Step into the Wild'. We will be learning about animals and linking this to our English texts.

In Year 1, we have PE on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please can you ensure that your child has a labelled PE kit at school and a labelled water bottle each day. 

Please read daily with your child and sign/comment in their reading log about how they have read/what has been discussed in the text. There is also a page for your child to draw a picture/story map to show what they have read about. Please can you ensure they bring their book bag and reading book/log to school every day.
