Please log in to your Rising Stars online reading account.  The username and passwords were sent out via  dojo message.  As as well a good selection of books, you have quizzes and can be awarded stars for each book you read! 

Arithmetic Starter: This week the focus is percentages.  Answer the questions and then watch the video as I explain how to calculate the answers.

Guided Reading: On Monday's, we will focus on reading  and spelling words from the year 5/6 list.  Read, spell and look up the meaning of a word before you  progress onto the next one.  Use Spelling Frame for this week's words - rule 54

English: Today, we will complete a comprehension: Albion's Dream.  This is attached to the bottom of the page.  Remember to: read the text, read the question twice, look for the answer in the text and then write your answer.  Once you have completed the questions, use the answer (at the end) to mark your comprehension. Remember, this is digitally fillable so you can type straight onto it if you wish. Make sure you save this and send me a picture.

Maths: This week, we are focusing on fractions.   LO: To simplify fractions.  Watch the video and then complete either section A, B or C.  The answers are attached below.  Mark your work and send me a picture.

Science: As part of our Let's Get Healthy topic,  we will be learning about Medicinal drugs  Watch the video and complete the all the tasks and the quiz at the end.
